Arrived securely in a small pouch. The stone is polished enough to be smooth but still keeps a natural feel. The bail (metal loop) is attached straight, so the heart doesn’t tilt sideways when worn. Length is adjustable and the clasp holds well. Good basic pendant for its purpose.
